Shipping Methods We Offer

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving the order confirmation and payment.

Shipping Speed = AFTER We Ship It

Shipping time starts after your order leaves our warehouse.

We offer Priority and Priority Express Shipping on all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service.

USPS Priority Mail

  • Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days from the time it’s shipped (not guaranteed)
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping
  • Ideal for standard delivery across most U.S. regions

USPS Priority Express Mail

  • Estimated delivery 1-3 business days from the time it's shipped (not guaranteed)
  • Orders will be processed within 48 business hours before shipping
  • Recommended for warm climates or time-sensitive orders
  • Ideal for chocolate and perishable items

Important Note for Chocolate Orders

Our chocolates are crafted with natural, earth-sourced ingredients and are sensitive to heat. We pack every order with thermal insulated mailers and ice packs to help protect the product in transit.

However, we strongly recommend selecting USPS Priority Express Mail at checkout if:

  • You live in a warm climate
  • Your package may sit outside or in a mailbox for any period
  • You’re ordering during hot seasons

If your chocolate arrives soft, no worries—just place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, and it will return to its original texture, with no impact on potency or flavor.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All consumable products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, if applicable

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we pack every order with care, Breezy’s is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
